I can't read Arabic, but I recognize four numerals - possibly a date - in the third line of text in the top pic.

According to my world coin catalog,it is the islamic date of 1223,which really doesn't mean anything to me,cause I dont know how to convert it to our calender year....

Looks extremely close to:

Turkey - Cedid Mahmudiye
KM#645
Gold - 1.58-1.60 grams
Page 1099 5th Ed Krause

The only thing that doesn't match is the size
This coin is almost exactly the same as a dime

Very possible it could be a 1/2 Cedid Mahmudiye
but the design doesn't look right

It's a jewelry piece -- that is, just a made up coin designed for traditional costumes - likely made of brass. It won't correspond to any actual coin -- that'd be forgery
