1943 S Wheat Double Die? Any Information Would Be Helpful

I I was looking at some of the Wheaties I have on and the mint mark as well as the date on this one looks like Double Die. I'm not an avid coin collector and would appreciate any help. Also not out of the question that the mint mark is repunched.
