Hello again Members& Help again would be so great! 1987 with deep aqua toning and a raised ridge on the Obverse of coin. Any thoughts. Thanks so much.

The raised ridge is called Ridge Ring and is a sign of a worn die. The toning looks artificial to me.

This Lincoln Memorial cent is Interesting, Looks like it was Snuggled in an Album............ The " Toning " shown here Could Very Possibly Be From Environmental Storage Conditions, I Like it, Appears IMO.......

This one has a Ridge Ring, indicating that the die was wearing out, the toning look 'applied' of 'cooked' possible roller lines or plating issues.

Nice find, love the toning, a keeper IMO!

It's called a " Ridge Ring", an artifact of Die Deterioration, a common occurrence and not an error or variety.
