About the only way to find a no S proof coin is to locate proof sets that have never been opened, or at least never checked. The chances of finding one in circulation or rolls is pretty much zero. While proof coins do occasionally show up in circulation, it is usually the result of dealers dumping unwanted or hard to sell singles, or collectors who only want one denomination for a set. For one to end up in circulation would require a dealer or collector seeing it and letting it go. Just not going to happen.
