1956 P Lincoln Cent Letters On The Rim

I have a 1956 p the letters are riding up the rim. What would cause this it looks off. Is it missing something or is it normal for this year

See how the metal is flowing towards the rim? This is from Late die state issues, this is very visible in the die cavity deterioration.
JMHO and observation
Also the thinning of the letters show this.

This letters on the edge/rim thing is very common on Lincoln cents from the late 50s through 1968 where they were still using the same old obverse hub which was very worn out until they finally changed it in 1969.

Thanks I appreciate the feedback I have a few coins with bad doubling just haven't seen that type. Definitely a lot to learn Ive looked at a few resources and it's a little tough to find exactly the right information with images attached. Thanks for the link another good resource to check out.
