Saw this one and liked it. Seller's pics> What say you all? *** Edited by Staff to Add Denomination to Title. It's very important to have in the title. ***

Obverse looks good, but I think the reverse pulls it down. I was thinking EF45 to AU50. Poor detail in the wheat and the leaves to me. That said, I still like it.

I'm at XF45 details, obverse has some light pitting above the date
Looks like a misaligned die strike

Slight wear on the breast and tail, I'm at EF-45.

Not sure that's pitting, paralyse. Looks like it could also be a stain of some sort. Hard to tell from seller's pics.

Well, I bought it. Will post better pics when it arrives. Not sure how much is wear on the tail feathers. Looks like a fairly light strike in that area - due to die misalignment?

If it's just a stain then EF45 problem free

First impression was XF-40. Never realized how scary the eagle can be. Look at his eye!

I'm thinking AU50 obverse (light strike on tail feathers), EF40/45 reverse. Net EF45. Paid fair price for the coin, so on balance I'm pleased.
