Not sure what you see oddguy, but, The 'dots' are in the shape of stars, and it has 13 stripes - 7 raised, representing red stripes, and 6 incuse stripes, which would be the white stripes. I found another just (exactly) like this one - right down to the serial number for sale on ebay for $2.50 OBO. The title reads: VINTAGE-TOKEN-MEDAL-UNITED STATES-LIBERTY FREEDOM But this one has a different background. ebay item number:354554533187 Here is an image of the 'other side' the obverse?
