The flag has 7 stripes and tons of dots instead of stars, has no Num. value.

It is listed on the tokencatalog website (TC-398746), but without a picture.

@sim, consider uploading pictures of your token there to help future folks with a similar question. I suspect that all of these had the same serial number.

Not sure what you see oddguy, but,
The 'dots' are in the shape of stars, and it has 13 stripes - 7 raised, representing red stripes, and 6 incuse stripes, which would be the white stripes.
I found another just (exactly) like this one - right down to the serial number for sale on ebay for $2.50 OBO.
The title reads: VINTAGE-TOKEN-MEDAL-UNITED STATES-LIBERTY FREEDOM
But this one has a different background.
