1921 p LWC, I don't know if the obverse depicts PMD/PSD or some kind of lamination error/issue. I searched through error-ref but I'm still not sure on this one, could it be both? Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

Yes the torn-up surface is indicative of delaminations. Could be worth saving in a 2x2.

Nice lam. I'm thinking that the spot on the back of Lincoln's neck is an electrical arc from being used in place of a fuse.
