I'm in Canada and have the following collection of uncirculated US coins that I'm looking for values of:
US small cents from 1937 to the present
US State Quarters
US America the Beautiful Quarters
US Presidential dollars

Lots of places trying to sell me coins, buy my coins, or certify them, but I can't find a simple list of values.

Very little of what you have has any real value other than face. None of the dealers I go to would give you anything above face expect for the 1937 to 1958 Lincoln Wheats and they need to be Red and Brilliant Uncirculated. Otherwise you get 2.5 US cents for each wheat.

US State Quarters, Presidential dollars and ATB Quarters they will not take.

If you sell on ebay you maybe able to get a premium, but its a lot of work for low cost coins.

I realize the coins aren't worth much and I have no interest in selling them. I'm just trying to make a record of everything I have and their values.

wiser3,

You need to grade them first:https://www.PCGS.com/photograde/
Then check ebay sold values and here:http://m.numismedia.com/rarecoinprices.htm

First you need to sort the coins. Create a table in excel and record all coins by denomination, by year, by mint. Use PCGS resources to assess the grade and value of coins. This will help you roughly determine the cost and grade.

I was able to assemble a complete set of US States Quarters at face value, from pocket change, that had accumulated in a cookie barrel over a number of years.

That was when I visited the 'States pre covid.

If I was to visit the 'States again, I would expect that I would be able to also assemble a complete set of America the Beautiful Quarters, and a complete set of Presidential dollars in the same way.

Currently, I do exactly this sort of collecting, just as a kid would do, with Australian collector coins that are released into general circulation. Have about 250 different design types issued since 1966, covering all denominations. All collected at face value. Lots of fun, but as stated above, no real collector value above face.

As my avatar suggests, my first numismatic love is ancients, and there is numismatic value in this part of my collection.

You would be spot on by simply using face value for the quarters and dollars.
