Interesting, he's got dozens of pocket change coins listed for upwards of $1000, but obviously isn't selling much. His photos are great—wonder why he took the time to so carefully photograph his coins? I can't imagine he believes they are actually worth that much.

Oh, he doesn't. He's counting on a buyer (PT Barnum's famous saying comes to mind) to one day make all the listings worthwhile. The Stamp Forum deals with a similar ebay lister that posts common things at insane prices hoping to hook someone.

It makes me wonder if it's some kind of money laundering game. Like when people have their kids sell crappy artwork for hundreds of thousands of dollars to dubious buyers.

Or a NFT/art scam where they pump one offering, donate the rest to a "charity", and then take a giant tax writeoff on a puffed-up worthless item.
