panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18665 Posts	Posted 07/12/2023 1:42 pm I'm also going to put this one in the obv die#4 box and think it is genuine. an 09S VDB at this grade should have been authenticated so its a little concerning why it isn't. too much glare to see all the surfaces properly but the coin could grade as high as AU50. if you can post photos showing the surfaces better without glare to determine if it would grade straight. just me but I'm thinking there is a chance that the coin was slabbed and came back cleaned and was broken out. seen that before.
