There is only one business strike that had the small date Hubbing over a large date. It is also an RPM. The mint mark location is also incorrect on your coin. Report this Post to the Staff

For some reason, this year had an issue with chipping and cracking that followed the date and gives it the look you see. to the forum! -makecents- Report this Post to the Staff
