Appears to be a normal large date. There is only one business strike that had the small date Hubbing over a large date. It is also an RPM. The mint mark location is also incorrect on your coin.
met, Did you check all three reference sites we all need to check? Last pic shows the "lines" on the numbers which is why I think you questioned the coin. I think it is MD of some kind. John1
Over time, if you look at many 60's coins, you will see what you have here again. For some reason, this year had an issue with chipping and cracking that followed the date and gives it the look you see.
