I noticed on the PCGS Price Guides, on some of the higher grades, two values are listed. My suspicion is that this is a range of values for the coin in that grade. Am I correct? https://www.PCGS.com/prices/detail/.../most-active

No, the higher grade is for plus grades. The top price is for the regular grade.

Example top price is grade is MS64
Bottom price is grade is for MS64+

The second set of values is for the + grades. You'll see those broken out in vertical columns if you click on a specific coin.
