2023 P Edith Kanaka'ole Quarter Mint Error?

Particle New Member United States 9 Posts	Posted 08/01/2023 4:25 pm Hello everyone, I'm new to coin collecting. By new I mean a little over a month so take it easy on me. I need professional help :P ...with this quarter: It's a 2023 P quarter I found in a roll from a bank in TN, I was about to throw it in the "spender" pile however, my gut told me to look into this one further.
