It seems to be a bit sketchy to me. The cactus is not connected, and I've never seen one with the snake's tongue sticking out like that.

What particular attributes about the edge, fields or devices are "wonky".
Explain "wonky".
What doesn't appear to be acceptable?
I have a collection of Cap & Rays that have documented explanations of them that explain what is not right.
I had input from a couple well regarded known experts here on this forum as well as authoritive books for mine.
Look for better info from those sources, I yield to those that know better than I do for these coins.

This appears to be a Sheffield or Ag electroplated CCC8R. Seek out an XRF machine and have those dark patches targeted with an XRF beam. Even at 27.0 grams sometimes Pb is added to bring the weight to regal. JPL
