Had to mess with image to enhance it well enough to see. Tell me what you see here and then try to explain it. Mint anti fraud ?

Would be optimal to see full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse. Given the single image posted, I'm seeing post-strike damage.
Bored one2014... You have the coin in-hand, we do not. You can view it from any angle using a variety of lighting sources, and can chose to examine it using magnification. We can do none of these things with the single image provided.

I can't tell if the black spots are some kind of damage, or just an artifact of the "enhancement".
But suffice to say, the Mint does not use "secret ghostly images" on coins, either as an "anti-fraud" technique or for any other reason.
