@jet, can you please confirm that the two sides are such different colors? Or is that an artifact of your lighting?

VF-20 details, the reverse appears to have been cleaned.

Slabbing coins like this does not add value and is money that is not well spent. The only way I'd slab them is sending them in to ANACS on a show special. PCGS and NGC would not be cost effective. My Two Cents!

Obverse VF, reverse VG and apparently cleaned, a details coin to my eye and definitely not worth grading.

The reverse is not that color...that the lighting..it's more like the obverse..natural

As a person who has been submitting a lot the last two years neither the 14-d or the 31-s is worth submitting both will come back as environmentally damaged and add no value to the coin. You would just be donating 60 or 70 dollars to pcgs. On the other hand,  PCGS is very poor and may need your money!

i agree with  . I would consider an acetone soak. it may clean up some of the organics on the obv. not convinced it was cleaned. I think the reverse photo is not as representative as the obv

Agreed, VF details. Not worth getting it graded by a TPG.
