Year three would be 1914.
These were made in enormous quantities from 1914 to 1927 so many numbers and varieties over the years it could be hard to pin yours down.
They value from junk if not authentic to a hundred or two or three for common coins to a lot more- just depends.
27.2 seems too much.
I do step one then step two when I have them in hand.
Step one is it diamagnetic?. Step two is specific gravity. Other steps follow depending on outcome for one & two.

Yes exactly what @albert said: you need to see if a strong magnet is attracted to it and then determine the specific gravity. Here is an old post that talks more about this:

Just a correction about strong magnets: You want to see the coin does or does not repel an N52 magnet or a set of suspended magnets.
N52 magnet slides, suspended magnets and swinging magnets all have their place.
When a fake is made of base or pot metal it has no expected reaction.
If it is silver it has a definate opposing field response. Needless to say a magnet grab is not a good response.
If I do a fast spot check with my suspended magnets, and I see a diamagnetic reaction or no reaction I go from there.
