What do you make of this one?
On first glance I saw the bulge and the flattened EN, so I turned the coin over to look for the dent on the obverse side. But there isn't a depression, mark or unevenness there.
Any thoughts?

edit: I made the pics glared on purpose to highlight any dings or bulges.

another late edit:
bizarro! It is one of the better pressed 1950 obverses that I have seen. My gut feel is that there is a gas pocket just under the reverse side surface. The die has struck. and the surface metal has flexed downwards, hence the weak strike on ENN, then as the metal has stretched, it has sprung back creating the convex bulge. There are probably a lot of reasons for this to be nonsense, but I am going with it for the time being.
