Morgan 1889-O 7TF Slanted Arrow Feathers: 1 Sad, 1 Fine

I can only guess that my Father-in-law (coin purchaser) didn't know what he was buying. I know I would have passed up on it and I'm a newbie. I wish I had a scale so I can determine just how much of the coin disappeared. I've no idea what caused the dark circle on the reverse. The 2nd coin was rated 'Fine' by Littleton. Yes, the software is designed to make topic title capitalization somewhat consistent, but there are still some initialisms that will get messed up. I believe it is better than before, because way too many people do not know how to use capital letters correctly. That being said, I modified the title to make it clear. When it doubt, spell it out.
