That's an obverse ridge ring--a sign of Die Deterioration. Nice example.

Thank you, I appreciate all input from everyone, I post my coins just to see if they're are an error this way I can put them with my granddaughters coin collection and she can do what she wants when she gets older, she's only 9 years old and she's actually enjoying the coins that I give her. I told her she should use coin community in the future very knowledgeable people if she ever has questions.
