Pretty rough coin but a really nice partial brockage error. Basically a coin struck through another coin partly overlapping the chamber. If it was struck through a planchet it would be an indent. 1979 Lincoln Memorial cent mint error - partial brockage

Fantastic! I like that the intruding coin forced the obverse die slightly to the right, making this coin a slight MAD.

Thanks for the great comments! And true, it has been out in the wild and kind of makes you wonder how an error coin this dramatic could get spent more than once before being spotted. The secret life of coins.
