Just saw this on ebay. Is it good old American Capitalism or should it be reported? I sent message to seller saying it looks like PMD to me.

You'll notice they carefully priced it at $2499 - ebay's stricter regulations regarding unslabbed coins trigger at $2500.

This coin keeps getting relisted. I saw it a few weeks ago, laughed and reported it to ebay.

It takes an act of God for ebay to remove these in my experience... if they only had someone who is "coin literate" on their staff, this stuff would go away... but they don't seem to care about this type of fraud.
