Found this in my change and was wondering WTH? is going on with this dime.

Well a couple of things going on here.
first thing that stands out is the Grease Filled Die - very nice one too.
This dime was also struck with a very worn out die, I can see DDD, Radial Flow lines on the fields, and Ghosting of the opposite side (on both sides.)

and EDIT to add - I see reed contact marks on Roosevelts Cheek

I have another one but it was way less severe than this. I also have 2022 p's with die chips and cracks on Roosevelts Head, not sure if they are worth posting.

I disagree with Dearborn's assessment. I see no evidence of a Grease Filled Die. Looks like just a very late stage die showing some serious flow lines.
