I see no evidence to even suggest it. Care to explain?

1. Not seeing it

2. The US and Canada do not use the same mint, so it would almost certainly be deliberate if such a thing were to occur

3. The US and Canada use different planchets for their dimes, with Canada's being steel and the US using a clad copper-nickel stock. This appears to have been struck on a Canadian planchet, so unless you're saying you think a Canadian planchet was taken to the American mint, stamped with the dies for a US dime, sent BACK to Canada and struck AGAIN with Canadian dime dies, then this is certainly not what you're suggesting.

Just a normal dime. If you want to confirm it yourself, try a magnet. A Canadian dime will stick, a US dime won't.

If a naughty Canadian mint worker had somehow thrown a US Roosevelt dime into the hopper with the blanks for Canadian dimes, you would be able to tell because the US dime would not be magnetic. Also, the US dime would have a reddish line around the rim (assuming it was a post-1964 clad coin) or would be distinctly white in color (if it was a pre-1965 silver coin). When I visited the Canadian Mint in Winnipeg they were very security-conscious and I don't believe it would be possible for this to happen. The coin posted looks like a normal Canadian dime to me.
