Pulled this from a bulk lot years ago, wondering if authentic and if so what grade?

The coin appears much more "silver" than captured by photo and the black marks are silver tarnish (not corrosion)

Some may not know it's a small ten cents since the size and denomination was not posted.
Should be 2.7 grams 18.5mm
