1970 D Quarter D/D MM? - Coin Community Forum

Broken2savage Valued Member United States 54 Posts	Posted 09/24/2023 03:26 am Hey yall! Needing some expertise here... I found this quarter to be quite interesting. The D mint mark seems to be double punched or have some sort of strike only affecting the D mint mark. Also, I'm intrigued by the differentiation with the many letter R's on the reverse. Almost appears to be completely different styles of R within the words "Quarter Dollar" and "America". Thoughts? Report this Post to the Staff
