Had to share this one as it was so nice. 8 Indian Head cents and 6 BU RD and 2 1943 D, one with a die chip on the reverse between the left wheat and the 'U' in united, top in pic. Steel cents There were a couple die chips and the delaminations were all on very old coins from 1917.

Great finds! On that Steel Cent, that might be a Struck Through error, on the reverse.
Errers and Varietys.

Too bad that the wrapper got torn. You could have used it yet again in another sale. I'm going to hazard a guess: the 1902 IHC was on one end, and either a 1943D or 1958D was at the other end.
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

Errers , the light and shadows say die chip to me.
I should have looked closer at my own picture though, see the doubling on everything? didn't look under the microscope yet but I will soon

Not a typical "estate sale" roll for sure.

Thanks all. That roll was 30 bucks and much more than worth it, yahoo! I Know, blah blah too much, don't care, lol, having lots of fun. I checked the RPM's for the DDR and couldn't find a match, anyone seen this one before? I still haven't examined obverse so talk later.

Errers, thanks for the links, great examples. This then is a very late stage DDD , awesome. Learning all kinds of stuff here, just got back to collecting after 25 years and the info on the web is great, used to be just the Red Book and other collectors you knew.
