Camera pictures of a screen will do this every time. Plug your microscope into a computer, take a screenshot (MAC: shift+#8984;+3 - sorry don't remember Windows) to post. As to the "O," because of the way coin dies are made, it is impossible for the mint to put non-standard design elements onto a coin.
