@mon, first welcome to CCF. Second, as with all type of damage, your coin is unlikely to be exactly the same as any other one, even though the damage may be similar. It doesn't add to the numismatic value though--this cent is just worth face value.

the all too common zinc/copper plating issues that started on Lincoln Cents in 1982 and still continue to present day cents. Sometimes the bubbles can be tested with a toothpick to see if they can be popped or check to see if they are raised bubbles.
