I have had this one for a while now trying to find out anything about it the interesting thing is you can see the image goes up onto the bumps indicating the lumps were there before it was stamped I think anyways any help would be appreciated thanks again

Unfortunately, this is just damage. I'm undecided if it is heat damage, which can cause the outer clad layer to separate and bubble up or a small spot of solder. It actually could be both, a solder spot on the reverse, the heat of which caused bubbling on the obverse. Either way, it is just damaged.

can we see close ups of the bulging areas please? Not too sure this is heat - I'm not seeing any damage on the opposite sides.
(could be solder deposits..) (just guessing here)

I'm with Dearborn on this. Just heat would effect the same spot on both sides. Solder could be deposited on the surface, and not effect the other side.

If you look close you can seee the image is continued up onto the bump so it couldn't be solder

Hard to see on the small pictures, but if the design is visible on the bump, then it is heat damage for sure.
