Philadelphia minted coins did not have a mint mark until 1980, with a few exceptions. There were 585,673,900 dimes minted in Philly with no mint mark in 1975.

The rare one is a 1975 proof dime, which is meant to have an S mint mark for San Francisco. Only two are known to exist with the mint mark missing. The coins are proof coins, not general circulation coins.

There are literally billions of coins with no mint mark on them because the Philadelphia mint which did not start putting a P on coins until 1980. The exception is pennies where only the 2017 has a P on it.

In 1975 the Philly mint made 585,673,900 normal dimes for circulation. You have 4 of them.

My guess is you saw online the rare proof 1975 dime that should have an S on it and were wondering if you had an example. Proof coins have a mirror surface and were sold by the mint to collectors.

This is a normal Philadelphia Business strike dime, not the No S Mint mark PROOF dime.
If you have 4 of these dimes, then you have 40 cents. But the second image you posted above is a Denver dime (it has a D mint mark).

I think he posted the 1999-D to show that the 1975 mint mark was not present in the expected location.

The 1999 isn't an error. It's environmental damage. PMD.
