Is this both broadstruck and strike through grease?
I compare a modern lincoln with the coin to compare diameter and erorr coin is a tad expanded outward?

Please explain analysis if there are two errors or more?

The rims seem to be misshapen. I suspect PMD.

An accurate weight could help us understand more of what may be going on. A couple end-on photos of the rim in a couple places might help as well.

Loks like a legit error from pictures given. Almost looks like the dies were tilted somewhat therefore missing design where no designs are...

No rim, no proto rim either, coin slightly out of round.
Can you post up an edge on image? I'll bet the no rim side is much thinner than the opposite side. For now, I'm thinking it was crushed in a hydraulic press.

With that weight it must be PMD. As others have said it is out of round which is another PMD indicator.

@shan, the reason why I'm on team damage for this one is that the coin isn't round, but also that the rim gets wider where it has been squished flat. This is especially evident by the IN of IGWT and the O of ONE.
