not a fan of the spotting in the date area. luster looks pretty good. if she doesn't make 65 the price is too high. I'm going with MS64 for eye appeal/spotting

photos arent the best but luster looks great, a ms-65 wouldnt surprise
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

Those are fingerprint marks, and they are likely permanent.

63 due to chatter, might go 64.

closer look at these areas and paralyse is right, they are fingerprints. from what I've seen they don't really affect grade but value

The marks on the cheek look mostly like frost breaks. I'd say a solid MS-65, although the fingerprint affects eye appeal.

The fingerprint netted it down to 64 for me but I think yes technically a 65 and might get that from a TPG.
