Bidding on this one. I'm thinking VF35 with a shot at EF40. Reverse better than obverse. Seller's pics. After getting burned with that counterfeit a little while ago (although I did get a full refund) I'm looking for an album coin. Comments?

no way shes a VF coin and I think its a tadf better than a 40. I think it has a decent shot at XF45. my only concern is the blotchy color of the surfaces. maybe an older cleaning but I think she would grade straight. right price? if I could get it for 40 $$ i'd say its a good pickup. good luck

When I see the ribbon and hair curl without separation it makes me think 40 at best, but you could be right. LIBERTY. Is fairly sharp and the reverse is quite nice.. If I get it I'll post new pictures.

Appears to be a scratch (or photo artifact) on the headband above 1st diamond. That may merit a closer look once you have the coin.
I think this coin gets to XF45. We almost have separation between ribbon and hair.

Looking at a bunch of 35/40/45 slabbed coins I think it's a 40+ if there is such a thing. Reverse is clearly 45 or better, but I think the obverse is a tossup between the clarity of "LIBERTY" and the lack of definition between the ribbon and the hair curl. Despite the slightly mottled obverse, the coin appears to show well with no staining or verdigris. I'm in at $142 including shipping, so I'm satisfied, assuming the coin doesn't show up with any unexpected issues.

at XF40 slabbed are right around that price. at 45 you did ok as its a nice looking piece without issues
