I know the pictures are bad tried for hours to get better ones. There is doubling in united states in in almost all the letters on the coin f and g is doubled looks exactly the same as wexler's they're almost mere images of each other except for mine's more extreme. With the spacing on the t and S's it's got The Notches I don't see how you can say it's mechanical. I will post better pics when I get off work. And I'm not trying to argue with you you see one thing that's the difference of opinion but I got to say the pics are not very good at all

There is now 4 know coins on pcgs website and two of them look just like mine .

From your pictures of the Reverse, can't see any sign of a DDR. Maybe with better pictures...
Obverse of coin does seem to show harshly cleaned features and/or damage.

to the CCF Don't know about coins on PGCS, but if there are 4 and 2 of them are different, then 2 of them are wrong. There is only 1 DDR for 66. If you look at your coin, the doubling is going the wrong way, because it's Machine Doubling.
