2002 Lincoln Cent Halo On Date (Die Wear/Deterioration?)

And perhaps a bit at the top of "WE TRUST". Probably from die wear/deterioration and NOT a DDO, but I still find it interesting to see how many coins are out there that are not "perfect". * Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. * Thanks for looking! Interesting, but it should not be surprising. "Perfection" requires good quality control, and good quality control costs money. They are already making a loss producing pennies, every additional stage of quality control adds to the cost and makes them lose even more money per coin.
