Hi I'm in the UK and my little lad brought tin of coins from a sale for £2 and this Indian head coin was in there . No very clued up but compared it to others online I noticed it has weak strike on date this is type two if I'm right put this coin seem to have one or two notches . Opinions please.

Yes I agree that the last two digits of the date seem to have been weakly struck. Was this cent whizzed or polished though? It looks oddly shiny.

Interesting 'weak strike' look--can't rule out a grease issue. Indeed, the coin looks to have been cleaned.

Might have been Struck Through Grease. Although, it looks like it's been cleaned at some point.
