mrwhatisit Pillar of the Community United States 2955 Posts	Posted 01/22/2024 06:25 am Doesn't quite appear uncirculated to me, but the other features look like scratches and other circulation dings. As far as I know, our coinage before WW2 that was intended for circulation was never put into any unopened mint packaging except for large bags for distribution to banks all over the country.
