This device is unc, unopened mint package. I think die chip on eagle's beak and Cud or grease on pease motto? Need some help with ID. Ive searched everywhere nothing comes close.

Doesn't quite appear uncirculated to me, but the other features look like scratches and other circulation dings. As far as I know, our coinage before WW2 that was intended for circulation was never put into any unopened mint packaging except for large bags for distribution to banks all over the country.

Given the images posted, I'm seeing third party packaging, not legit US mint packaging.

Great answer I never thought about 3rd packaging. They say uncirculated though Still IDN.
