I see spots and scratches, so I'm going with AU-58.

Wear on cheek, chin, forehead and hair highpoints. 58, super nice coin.

sickpuppy, I don't think these things disqualify an MS grade, but 58 seems reasonable for this coin.

I only see olives and sunset colors, which is why I think it's MS.

Based on these photos there are to my eye obvious breaks/gaps in the obverse color that correspond the the high point relief of the design - Lincoln jaw, cheek and hair.

Ask the MS opinion folks how you can attribute that visual evidence to your MS views?

I say it's slight wear and at best this is a lovely AU55/58 coin.

Or maybe it's just the lighting and angle of the photo?

I'd say MS-63BN. I think the angled photos are accentuating the rub on the jaw and cheek.

imo there is nothing on this coin that would suggest that it was circulated. if it was it was for a couple minutes and would not cause this coin to grade below MS
