Been storting my Byzantine coins so I need an ID on this one. Bought it as something else but turns out its Byzantine.
Name of the emperor would be enough help.

Thanks.

The second is probably Romanus IV Diogenes, with C-R / P-Δ for the reverse (the side you present here).

I don't know if this will be helpful, but here's what I think I see (and don't see) on the trachy.

I don't believe that the two facing figures are holding anything like a labarum or cross or staff between them.

The figure on the right is nimbate, while the figure on the left is not. Furthermore, the figure on the right appears to male - Christ or a saint.

I could be wrong, but I think that the nimbate/holy figure may be crowning the figure on the left.

Perhaps this may help narrow it down?

Maybe for first time in my life I will disagree with @Kamnaskires.

I am thinking theotokos (Mary) right crowning the emperor, and think I might see a name starting with A at the left, so I will see if can find a match in Alexius or Andronicus.

Edit: I think this is close: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=10969781
The posture of the two figures is about right, and the lettering at left (Manuel with the first letter missing) could be right. The emperor's clothing is decorated differently.
