Unc details (scratched). the scratch across the obv from the back of the head to eye appears to be on the coin and will not pass

That line across the obverse looks raised to me. Might be something on the coin that will come off. If it does, MS-63.

That obverse "scratch" appears raised to me too. Need confirmation there. Either MS-63 if not on coin or Details Scratched.

Weird that I went to look at the coin with a loupe and the mark wasn't there.   Same coin right?

Thinking maybe debris or a hair on the lens when I took the first photo?

Quote: I think this is a nice MS-63. Amazing you are getting all these for $51 It's definitely a nice example, but you can find a PCGS-graded MS-63 1886 Morgan for about $80 pretty easily. Once you factor in grading fees, $51 seems like a fair price.
