I have searched high and low for a resource that will tell me the original issue price of each of the 5oz silver America the Beautiful coins. Does anyone have an idea where I could find such infomation?
Thanks -

If you google "America the Beautiful 5 oz US Mint press release" and include the specific coin, you should find that information. By the way, to the CCF!

Having collected the set directly from the mint and being one to keep detailed records, I have a little information for you on this: The first coin in the series, the 2010 Hot Springs 5-oz coin, was released in late April of 2010 for $279.95 when silver was at a near-record high. All five 2010 5-oz coins retailed for $279.95. Over the next several years, silver spot / futures began to drop and issue price made it down to a series low of $139.45 (man, those were the DAYS). Eventually silver started to rise again and with it so did the 5-oz coin retail prices, with issue price bing $149.95 from 2015-2017 and then $154.95 from 2018 through the first release of 2020 (American Samoa). The final 3 issues of the series were $229.00. Some of you may question the $139.45 number, but back in 2014 the Mint offered a 10% discount with a subscription. I believe that brilliant marketing decision lasted for only four releases So really, retail was $154.95 from 2013 Great Basin (3rd release of 2013) through the 2014 releases. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Quote: those coins got expensive quickly.. wow.. They did...and I was quite the happy camper when the series was over!

Quote: May I ask, How Many 5-Ounce Coins were Totally Made, in the Series..... :) There were 56 releases in total. One for each state in the union plus six territories. 56 x 5 = 280 oz. of silver. As a side note, the only other 5-oz coin I'm aware of issued by the US Mint is the Apollo 50th Anniversary commemorative in 2019. So those special presses have been sitting idle since 2021 with a total of 57 issues. Could be wrong on that one, maybe they released a medal or two in that format.

Quote: The APOLLO coin is Sweet Too in Proof !!! Indeed, and it's convex (or concave, depending on which face you're looking at ) Quote:All in the Series were UNCIRCULATED finishes, Correct ? Well, sorta. The ones direct from the U.S. Mint bear the P mint mark and have a vapor-blasted, unciruclated finish. You could also purchase bullion versions from PM dealers. Those would have no mint mark and a shinier finish.

The 5 ATB 5 oz coins issued in 2014 had an issue price of $149.95. I purchased one of them in 2015 (Homestead) and one in 2016 (T. Roosevelt NP) and my ledger shows they were also $149.95. Beautiful series.
