1993 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC - Weird PMD Or?

I know everyone will say it's PMD which I think it is but it's a pretty odd location. (Wexler, VV, and etc doesn't have anything remotely close to this listed which is why it might be just a "conveniently" located/placed PMD) Report this Post to the Staff
