Monster is the right word! I can't imagine how many hands it's been thru since the 50's without anyone noticing that size of mistake.

Excellent example of a die chip.. Sadly, it's not a Cud. By numismatic definition, Cuds are directly associated with rims.

It looks as if Lincoln didn't have anywhere to put his wad of gum when he sat for this portrait, so he just stuck it on the T of LIBERTY.

That's a huge BIE variety coin.

Heavens NO! It's actually just a die chip, not worth a lot of money, and no way worth slabbing. Just fun to collect them in the "raw" state.
And here is a diagram of "BIE" varieties you may find usefull.......
