I agree with john1 the center bulge indicates an altered coin .

I do not why there are a lot of these sanded coins out in circulation. What is so fun about damaging a coin?

Yes, appears to be abraded. Post-strike damage.

Also - terminology. Coins are struck or minted, not printed. Printed is that nasty folding money.
