I found this penny and it has no wear on it and is not extra thin or nothing but it feels light and weighs 2.92 grams it should weigh 3.11 grams it's 1951 and has a different tone

Probably just struck on a slightly light planchet. It happens.

Despite the lack of wear and original luster, the obverse scratches take away any value.
