I recently made a YouTube channel about numismatics. So far I only posted a few videos, and here is one unboxing video with some nice coins :)

Hope you like it, and as they say leave a like and subscribe. Ill try to post more as soon as I have more time on my hands and more coins in my pockets, I mean collection
maybe as to set a good example - you should be wearing white cotton gloves. you just added fingerprints to the coins that were in the protective plastic case.
also you almost lost me when I was just staring at a torn envelope for a minute (I have no interest in torn paper)
As for gloves, that is a personal preference. I do not like them, because the muted sense of touch makes me clumsy. Acetone can remove fresh fingerprints, but not rim dings.
Gloves are a personal matter. I use them when handling proofs and exceptional business strike coins. While I'm a fan of acetone, I don't like to rely on it to remove possible fingerprints after handling 'the good stuff'.

Well I know that I shouldn't touch proofs but the rest were circulation coins so no need in gloves in my opinion. :) They were also put into plastic bag (wouldnt call it a case lol ) by a seller probably without gloves too :)
Btw I tend to grib the coins by the edge or rim when I'm handling them and as @jbuck says gloves make me clumsy too haha

Hey gotta have some suspense before revealing coins You can always skip that part :)

I do not. When proofs or uncirculated mint set coins are moved to my Dansco albums, they are handled by the edge and pressed in using a clean white t-shirt by the edge. They are never handled again. Those not moved to Dansco forever remain in the OGP. Not saying it is the only way, but it is my way.
In defense of the "no gloves" crowd, you have to consider what the gloves have been washed in, as some detergents and fabric softeners can leave chemical residue on coins. I'd assume dye- and perfume-free detergents would be best for those using white, cotton gloves to handle their coins.
