Hello all, wondering your thoughts if I got the attribution correct. I believe it it a Long Noc and VAM-41C, I just do not see mention of a broken D, if this is considered one, on VAMWorld. Thank you for your assistance, Edward M.
Need better photos, closer and better focus, but it does appear to be a VAM 41c I believe I can make out the clashing below Liberty's chin nicely, also the outline of the clashed N of "in" The reverse should have a nice die gouge going through the loop of the ribbon below the eagle, and I think I can almost make it out on your example.
