Here is the second nice coin out of my quarter roll this week. This 1999 Pennsylvania State Quarter is another circulated quarter coin typically really marked up especially in the fields. While this may not be a MS I believe it would be an AU any day of the week! The obverse with George has a couple of hits. The reverse with the statue and the state outline is normally marked up, is clean except with some marked lines at the base of the statue. Let me know your thoughts and remember all of my coins come from circulated coins. Again regards to all!

Lower end of the MS scale. Nice coin--would make a good album hole filler until better comes along.

allcoinsaregood - a coin in circulation can still be MS so long as it doesn't show signs of wear. this one falls into that catagory. the difference in grade is related mainly due to the marks.

MS63+ I think the amount of marks on the obv will hold it just short of 64

nice find
